Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Voronin Sergey, Frankfurter Allee 172, 10365 Berlin, phone: +4917632432947, email: support@probel.shop) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or any other clear statement electronically on our website ( Return Goods ). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g., by email) of receipt of such a withdrawal.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To return goods of acceptable quality ordered on the website probel.shop, you need to process the return in the section «Personal Account» within 14 days,
To return goods you need:
Ensure that the goods retain their commercial appearance. The goods must have labels, tags, seals. If they were.
- In the section «Personal Account» go to the tab «Order History» and against the required order, click «Return Order»
- Select the order you want to return
- Click the «Process Return» button
- Specify the reason from the list
- In the form, specify the following data:
1. Full Name
2. E-Mail
3. Your contact phone number. Our manager will contact you shortly.
4. Order number
5. Name (product name)
6. Model (product article). Indicated in the order against each product.
7. Quantity you want to return.
8. Reason: Select the item (Return within 14 days)
9. Unpacked (Yes/No)
10. Description (describe the reason for the return). *Not a mandatory item, but very useful in many situations.

Please note that the cost of returning goods of acceptable quality that did not fit in size, color, or style, is borne by the buyer.
To return goods of unacceptable quality, you need:

- Click the «Process Return» button
- Specify the reason from the list
- In the form, specify the following data:

10. Description (describe the reason for the return).

12. To return goods of unacceptable quality, you need to write to us at the email support@probel.shop providing the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Photo of the product in full (Not a mandatory item, but very useful in many situations.)
Return Policy via Transport Company
In case there is no retail store in your city, the return is carried out by the buyer through self-shipment by courier service (e.g., DHL, DPD, UPS, Hermes).
The product must be accompanied by a completed and signed Return Statement, a receipt or other document confirming the payment of the goods, as well as a scan of the first page of the passport.
- To process the return, you need:
- Carefully pack the goods in the original packaging in full completeness (goods supplied in a set must also be returned in a set)
- Fill out the return statement
- The goods of acceptable quality must retain their commercial appearance, the goods must have labels, tags, seals.
Upon shipment of the goods with the courier service, the buyer must write to the email support@probel.shop information about the shipped goods, the tracking number of the parcel. (Not a mandatory item, but very useful in many situations.)
